RMA has prepared housing and development studies as far west as Milwaukee, Wisconsin as well as in the New York metropolitan region. RMA’s management consulting services had its beginnings
in 1960 with a survey for the NYC Council of a Lower East Side crosstown site
for a expressway. Currently
RMA is surveying and evaluating housing management and maintenance practices for 31 projects
in the New York Metropolitan area for the NY State Office of Temporary and
Disability Assistance. Under the Direction of Philip Schorr (Ph.D) the RMA team research has prepared re-housing and neighborhood economic analyses, reviews the effectiveness of project procedures, trains staff in property maintenance and directs projects through HUD “mark-to-market” programs including re-financing of mortgages. RMA has a successful record in re-financing mortgages. |
