Relocation & Management Associates was founded in 1960 to provide tenant relocation programs and re-housing analyses for government agencies, non-profit and private developers.
This portfolio includes major relocation programs for Lincoln Center
and Fordham University, and the Lindsay Park and Cadman Towers developments in Brooklyn. Recent relocation
activities include assignments for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the NY State Dormitory Authority, the Empire State Development Corporation and the Center for Development Corp. Other institutions and
private developers have included; Columbia University, Mt. Sinai Hospital, New York Eye and Ear Hospital, St. Lukes Hospital, the towns of Rockville Center, North Hempstead and Huntington in Long Island, and in New York City,
for private clients including such as Rose Associates, The Bessemer Trust Foundation, and the Ford Motor Co.
