Tenant Education
Through its non-profit, Center for Urban Technologies (CUT), RMA provides staff training and tenant education programs in property management.
RMA's technical training team is directed by the company's founders, Philip Schorr (PhD in Public Administration), and Hannah Schorr (PhD in
Education). RMA and its joint venture partners are under contract to the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development to provide tenant education in cooperative management to some 2000 Bronx families in the Tenant Interim Lease
